I don’t use “subjective” as in “requires phenomenal experience” (phenomenality as a categorically distinct kind).
Instead: Subjective = observer-relative where the relevant invariance group is very narrow (one mind, one species, one type of system; examples)
Nothing is “purely intrinsic” and nothing is “purely subjective” every property has some invariance group, and our categories/labels just track where on the spectrum it sits, or where we draw the line for practical purposes.
