Discrete

A set is called discrete iff all points are isolated points.

The set can still accumulate somewhere ($\frac{1}{n}$ does at $0$, for example), but that point is not / can’t be part of the set by definition.

Uniformly discrete

A set is called uniformly discrete iff there is a fixed $\delta >0$ distance between all pairs of points in the set.

E.g. $\mathbb{Z}$.
